Smart says its smart-smart home products are being used in more than 150 countries, and that the company is expanding its reach to more countries, starting with the U.S. It has also signed a licensing deal with a major transportation company to offer its products in the U and U.K. for delivery to businesses and homes.

For its latest round of funding, Smart said it raised $5 million from Capital One and other investors.
